Which saw fits my machine?
Match the saw to the machine that carries it. The HR Mini mounts on an ATV or UTV. HR 50 and HR 100 suit 20 to 40 HP compact tractors. HR 200, HR 300 and HR 400 cover 20 to 95 HP skid steers. The HR 500 is for 100 to 150 HP tractors, and the HRD line fits bulldozers from 40 up to 200 HP. Use the selector above the lineup, or call and tell us what you run.

Does it leave a stump behind?
No. The patented tooth design shears the tree off at or below ground level in a single pass, so there is no stump left standing to work around afterward.
Is there anything on it to maintain?
There are no moving parts. Nothing to break, nothing to service, and no hydraulic draw on the machine carrying it, so you burn less fuel and spend less time on upkeep than you would with anything motor driven.
What makes the teeth different?
The geometry. Each tooth bites and shears rather than chews, which is what lets the saw take a tree off clean in one pass. Ralph Dove spent from 1966 working out the perfect tooth, and in 1974 that design became a patent.

One Perfect Tooth.
Back in 1966, Ralph Dove set out to make the perfect tooth for the perfect saw. In 1974 his dream became a patent hard-surfaced teeth set in a “V” configuration that took a tree off at or below ground level without leaving a stump.
Bill Dove, Ralph's son, runs the company today alongside his wife Connie. They have carried the original concept forward ever since, and every saw still leaves Green Ridge, Missouri hand built with meticulous attention to detail.
